mixing experimental with unstable

Since 1 year I’m fiddling around with apt/dselect/debsig/aptitude mixing from unstable and experimental. I always tried to have the newest but also to have all. But when installing everything from experimental, sometimes its hard to get back to unstable.
apt seemed the biggest problem because of the virtual packages like
libapt-pkg-libc6.3-5-3.3
libapt-pkg-libc6.3-5-3.5
libapt-inst-libc6.3-5-1.0
…
so here comes the solution to get [...]
